Cooling Head
The MXZ cooling head retains the design of its predecessors but now features a renewed laser finish. Designed with 8 fins and an optimized center of gravity, it directs airflow directly to the glow plug, improving idling and carburetion stability by keeping the glow plug cool.
Carburetor
Equipped with the renowned O.S. 21 J3 carburetor, this engine features a redesigned needle holder with fins similar to the cooling head, enabling efficient cooling of the fuel entering the carburetor. This results in more stable performance, increased power, and reduced consumption.
Additionally, the carburetor barrel has been improved with an adjustable puller that can be set in any position without disassembling the engine, thanks to its double grub screw design. These innovations allow for more precise carburetion adjustments, ideal for advanced drivers.
Crankshaft
The MXZ crankshaft, measuring 14 mm, features an optimized design with a tear-shaped groove and paste to maximize internal flow.
Bearings
This model includes a high-quality steel rear bearing manufactured by O.S. and a double-sealed front steel bearing from Ultimate Racing, ensuring durability and performance.
Venturi
It comes with the innovative FlowMax 6.5 mm venturi, designed to optimize fluid dynamics. Its unique geometry, longer and with a wider base, improves performance, offering more power and range without increasing the venturi size.
Sleeve and Piston
Made from high-quality aluminum, the sleeve features 3 intake ports and 1 exhaust port, ensuring reduced fuel consumption and smooth, linear power delivery.
